FAQ

Wyoming sunset over a western ranch fence

FAQ

Straight answers, no fluff — the way we like it out here.

Close-up of roasted coffee beans
How fresh is the coffee?

Every bag is roasted and shipped the same day by our roasting partner, Temecula Coffee Roasters — no sitting in a warehouse. Most orders land on your porch in 3–4 business days.

What's actually in the bag?

Just coffee. Our straight roasts are 100% specialty-grade coffee, full stop. Flavored roasts add only natural flavorings — nothing artificial, nothing you can't pronounce.

Where do the beans come from?

Ethically sourced, specialty-grade beans — single origin and blends — roasted through our partner's direct farm relationships. Every batch is cupped and quality-checked before it ships.

How long does shipping take?

Coffee ships the day it's roasted and typically arrives within 3–4 business days.

Horses running in an open field
Can I try it before I order online?

You bet. Find us in person at Edelweiss Riverhouse (Clark, WY) and The Irma Hotel (Cody, WY) — see our Find Us page for both.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do — we're always looking for shops, lodges, and outfitters along the Cody–Yellowstone corridor to carry Saddleback Brew. Reach out and we'll get you a starter case.
