Daniel
Saddleback Brew was born from the unlikely journey of Daniel Huberty, a city kid from Seattle who discovered his true home under wide‑open skies. At 15, Daniel fell in love with the western way of life, eventually learning to train horses in Sulphur, Oklahoma before heading north to work on a ranch in western Wyoming. The grit, honesty, and quiet beauty of ranch life stuck with him.
In 2017, Daniel enlisted in the Wyoming Army National Guard, where he continues to serve today as a sergeant. During a deployment overseas, he picked up an unexpected new passion: really good coffee. What started as a simple comfort quickly turned into a full‑blown obsession, and he knew he wanted to bring that same sense of warmth and “rugged comfort” back home.
Saddleback Brew is Daniel’s way of blending the two worlds he loves most—horses and high‑quality coffee. Every roast is crafted with the spirit of the ranch, the pride of service, and the belief that a great cup of coffee should feel like coming home.

Anya
Anya is our Operations Lead, she brings a strong background in sales and a passion for building authentic customer relationships. Her professional approach is shaped by a deep appreciation for the Western lifestyle and the values of grit, integrity, and independence.
Outside of the coffee industry, she owns and operates a horse training and sales business, where discipline and performance are central to daily work. Her interests also include aerobatics and bronc riding, pursuits that reflect her drive for challenge and precision. Both qualities she brings to growing the brand and connecting it with like-minded customers.
Blair
Blair Brengle is from Cody,Wyoming. She grew up riding and training rodeo horses on her family ranch. Her passion for horses, rodeo, and western ranch life is why she joined the Saddleback Brew Team. Her ambitions, passion and connections to the western communities is why she is the perfect fit for managing our Saddleback Brew social media!
